Good for Cyber Risk, but setup took a while

Cyber Risk Assessment works well and has good features. It did take longer than expected to get everything set up and running, which was a bit frustrating. Overall happy with the functionality though.

Good for our small company

We needed something for GDPR and heard about Copla. I tried their GDPR Compliance Suite and it was pretty good. The setup wasn't too bad, mostly just entering our info. It helped us figure out what we needed to do. I liked that it had templates. It definitely made things less confusing for our small team. The pricing seemed fair for what we got too. Overall, a solid experience.

Smooth SOC 2 readiness process

I signed up for Copla's SOC 2 Readiness Tool a few months back. The onboarding was pretty straightforward; they had some good video tutorials. I also used their CISO as a Service for a couple of calls, which was helpful for clarifying specific evidence requirements. The platform itself, the dashboard and Automated Compliance Workflows, were well-designed and pretty intuitive. It definitely streamlined our documentation process. We went from scattered files to an organized system quickly. We're still in the final stages of our audit, but Copla made the preparation much less painful than I anticipated. The support team answered my questions within a day or so, which was a good turnaround. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and the quality of the insights we got.

Fantastic DORA tool!

I got the DORA Self-Assessment Tool and it was amazing! It made everything so clear and easy. I was worried about all the new regulations, but this tool just walked me through it. It saved us so much time and headaches. I will absolutely use Copla again for other compliance needs and I'm telling all my colleagues about it. Seriously, if you need help with DORA, this is the way to go!

Helpful with ISO 27001

We used the ISO 27001 Compliance Module. It made our audit prep much simpler. Interface was clean and easy to navigate. Got what we needed done. Good product.

Decent, but a few quirks

We started using Copla for their Compliance Automation Platform and the AI Documentation Generator. On the positive side, the automation really did help us collect evidence much faster, which was a huge time-saver. The AI generator was also pretty neat for getting a first draft of some policies. However, the initial integration with some of our existing tools took a bit longer than I expected, and we had to reach out to support a couple of times to sort out minor API issues. Their support team was responsive though, which was good. It's a powerful tool, but I think the user interface could be a little more polished in some areas to make it even more intuitive for new users. Overall, it's a good value for the features provided.
